Question Can i still fit my 96 firebird engine parts on my 97 camaro engine?
So i got a 97 camaro engine dropped into my 96 firebird after the original engine seized up. But before all of that i had just bought a 96 firebird cold air intake and K&N air filter. Can i still fit it on the camaro engine? And for future reference should i be searching for 97 camaro engine parts or 96 firebird parts? I know that the camaro and firebird are extremely related to one another but not sure if the engine is the same.

Best Answer Yeah they'll fit...I gotta' tell you though, I just wish I could get people on this forum to stop being duped by silly marketing lies about CAI's and K&N air filters. That stuff is a complete waste of money...Enjoy washing your air filter!

Only a sales website. For body repair parts and engine parts. Not for all years of Camaro. Thank you Simon. Walter - if your going to refer to google please do not post. I am looking for a recommendation more than an obvious answer. Thanks.

Called next gen or something like that. My last one was 304 pages about 60/40 mix of third gen vs 4th gen parts www.paddockparts.com also has a camaro catalog, but I think theres is 67-02 years Now for engine parts..
